Thandai Kulfi for this Holi

Like every year its the time of the festival of colours and one of the indispensable part of Holi is food. Since this is a Festival which almost announces the onset of summers in India — the coolers are in demand.

This recipe is a combination of two best parts of Holi — Thandai and Kulfi. Thandai paste can be made easily with Poppy Seeds, Fenel Seeds, Melon seeds, Black pepper, dried rose petals, Almonds, Cashews, Saffron and Sugar.

Then make the Kulfi out of it. Unlike Ice cream, Kulfi doesn't need any churning or heavy cream or whipping. Its made with full-fat milk.
