4 years is a long journey. When you start one, you never know how long you will continue and what all you will achieve on the way. Each journey has its own fun and its same with Godrej Food Trend reports also.

Spearheaded by famous culinary chronicler Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal, Director, A Perfect Bite Consulting, each year the report expands it’s horizon, reaches out to new areas and people and tries to crystal Gaze into what's going to come for Indian cuisine in the coming year.

200 thought leaders came together across length and breadth of the country to share their valuable opinion on the report. Last year within a fortnight that the report was launched, the world experienced a never seen before pandemic. It could have unsettled all the trends predicted, however some of the trends emerged stronger than ever.
